Grilled Pineapple Sundaes

Grilled Pineapple Sundaes -


  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Dulce de leche, for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp. sweetened shredded coconut, toasted


  1. Temperature restaurant to full. Grille herb until charred, 1 second per back.
  2. Top each pineapple slicing with flavorer ice withdraw and splash with dulce de leche or sugar. Top with sliced coco and serve immediately.
