INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 c. Guinness
  • 1/2 c. Baileys
  • 1/4 c. hot fudge

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Scoop three scoops ice cream each into two tall glasses. Pour 1 cup Guinness and 1/4 cup Baileys over each serving. Drizzle with hot fudge.
  2. Serve immediately.
