Mason Jar Omelets

What can't a mason do? They can't cook like us. But this is an easy recipe for all of you.


  • 1/2 c. ham, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • kosher salt
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. freshly chopped chives

Mason Jar Omelets


  1. If baking, preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease two 16-ounce artificer jars with nonstick preparation spray.
