Keto Double Chocolate Muffins

We didn't truly equal persuade ourselves these are muffins instead of cupcakes, but they are so groovy we didn't try really difficult. 


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 c. almond flour
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c. swerve sweetener
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar-free dark chocolate chips, such as Lily's
Keto Double Chocolate Muffins


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and stock a muffin tin with liners. In a gargantuan arena whisk together almond flour, beverage pulverisation, Slew, hot pulverization, and saltiness. Add dissolved butter, eggs, and seasoning and impress until composed. 
  2. Sheepfold in drink chips.
  3. Change batter between gem liners and heat until a toothpick inserted into the midriff comes out white, 12 transactions.
