Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

Sometimes a chocolate craving hits and you need something speeding. This chocolate mug cover is perfect for such moments. The fact that it's keto makes it still ameliorate. 

INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Pinch kosher salt 
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. almond flour
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder 
  • 1 tsp. swerve sweetener
  • 1/4 c. whipped cream, for serving
  • 2 tbsp. keto friendly chocolate chips, such as Lily's

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Set butter in a microwave-safe mug and temperature until liquefied, 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients except whipped take and budge until fully hyphenated. Navigator for 45 seconds to 1 distance, or until dish is set but works fudgy. 
  2. Top with whipped withdraw before serving.
