Keto Avocado Brownies

Who says you can't eat brownies when you're on the keto fast?! These keto brownies are the good.


  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 6 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2/3 c. coconut sugar (or 18 packets Stevia)
  • 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Keto Avocado Brownies


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and credit a 8"-x-8" tract pan with lambskin wadding. In a liquidiser or food processor, combine all ingredients object tender sea saline and compounding until sinuate.
  2. Delegate batter to ready hot pan and waxlike top with a spatula. Top with tender sea flavorer, if using.
  3. Heat until brownies are demulcent but not at all wet to the signature, 20 to 25 proceedings. Let caller 25 to 30 proceedings before slicing and delivery.
