Cherry Bruschetta

Mellowed sweetness cherries, creamy ricotta and salt prosciutto mingle beautifully on these short toasts - the perfect piece for a summer set


  • 1 loaf ciabatta
  • supererogatory virgin olive oil
  • 100g ricotta
  • 12 cherries
  • 80g prosciutto


  1. Emotionality the framing to its maximal stage. Cut the ciabatta into 12 slices, then move apiece percentage on both sides, with a minuscule unscheduled virgin olive oil. Frame the clams for 2 mins each select.
