Roasted Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas

This is my lover quesadilla recipe. These are crispy, yummy, and block total of nutrition. And baking these quesadillas allows you to achieve many at erstwhile, so you can treat your peckish house rapidly and easily!


  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 4 tortillas (8 inch)
  • 3 cups roughly chopped spinach
  • olive oil (enough to lightly coat the tortillas)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
