Yummy Cheesy Chicken

There are two types of cookery my home says I do change.  Mexican and European. I know no attribute in either region to back up my noesis of the flavors of these areas...but I do bang that I enjoy the flavors of both!  Maybe experimenting with these cuisines over the period has helped me grow my music. 


Ingredients
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 8 - 9" flour tortillas

  • 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 - 4.25 oz. can of diced green chilies 
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 
  • salt and pepper, to your liking
  • about 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (can use a rotisserie or leftover chicken)
  • lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, black olives, for garnish, if desired
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 1/2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese, divided (can use reduced fat cheese) 

Instructions
