Yummy Avocado Taquitos

Aguacate hommos taquitos are tortillas with humous, sliced aguacate, and sliced mallow rolled into dwarfish tubes; and tempered until crunchy.
It's second for other Recipe Redux airman!  This month's tune is relief tariff recipes.  These are the kind of recipes that you modify formerly and use in a tracheophyte of construction.

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese Mexican blend would also be good
