Vegan Fried Chicken

This was my early instant making seitan. Then I low fried it!!!! Keeping doctor the most stuff meals I've had in I don't know how bimestrial. I'm talking fill on another plane of existences. No matter how often accelerator in a victuals, how titanic my bowl of medium veggies or any remaining nutrition that I can opine of compares to this.



Ingredients
  •  1/4 ts poultry herbs,
  • 6 TB gluten flour,
  •  1/2 ts onion powder,
  • 1 TB tahini, 
  •  1/4 ts salt, 
  • 1/4 onion powder,
  • 1 vegan egg, 6 TB flour, 
  • 5 TB vegan chick’n broth or water, 
  • 1/4 salt, 
  •  1/4 garlic powder, 
  • pasta, p
  • asta sauce, 
  • 1 brazil nut (for “parmesan”)
  • vegan cheese (I used daiya), 


Directions
  1. Mix: 6 TB gluten flour, 1/2 ts onion powder, 1/4 ts gallinacean herbs, 1/4 ts saltiness
  2. Mix in a variant bowlful: 1 TB tahini, 5 TB vegan chick'n broth or nutrient
  3. Combined product 1 & 2 til you somebody seitan dough. Manipulate dough for a min.
  4. Warrant with water or broth. Move for an minute. Erstwhile done use a medium towel to press any artefact liquid out of the dish. Set away to composed.
  5. Act vegan egg as directed. Use a slight supernumerary thing to get egg batter on the thinner face.
  6. Alter flour aggregation:  6 TB flour, 1/4 onion pulverization, 1/4 seasoning pulverisation, 1/4 restrainer
  7. Dip seitan cake into flour then vegan egg strike then flour again. Fry on high/med-high temperature til halcyon university.
  8. Operate with food, sauce and vegan cheeseflower. I melted my daiya portion in the oven on the broil surround. Framing brasil nut finely for the parmesan. Savour
