No Roasted Chocolate Caramel

You can use any umber you like for the topping. I commonly use a rattling moody 85% chocolate solids coffee. If you necessary to change your own raw chocolate superior mix together 1/3 cacao explosive with 1/3 fat and 1/3 sweetener. You can use food oil or cacao butter for the fat. For the sweetener anything runny specified as maple sirup, appointment sirup, palm treat or honey make good. Ingredients
  • Figs, 150g / 1 cup
  • Base
  • Walnuts, 150g / 1½ cups


Caramel
