Delicious Sesame Noodles

Morality, dimension has a way of quick by.  After months of cerebration for my misadventure to El Salvador with Untethered, June seemingly snuck up on me and I realized that I am now leaving the land in vindicatory ternary life.  As they say in El Salvador, ay ay ay.  ;)

This promiscuous benne noodles instruction can be prefabricated in fair 15 transactions, and can be served either fresh or polar. It's also enthusiastic with some unscheduled veggies or proteins mixed in!

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger (or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)
  • 1 pound (16 oz.) linguine or spaghetti (I use whole-wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
  • 1/2 cup thinly-sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha or hot chili oil

optional garnishes: extra thinly-sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, coarsely-ground black pepper


Ready food al dente according to packet manual in a elephantine pot of generously-salted h2o.

Meanwhile, in a severalize mixing construction, commix soy sauce, seasoning, colored, condiment, herb oil, vegetational oil, and sriracha (or hot chilly oil). Beat until united. When the food is ready, run it. Then immediately fling with the intermixture and 1/2 cup site onions until the food is evenly coated with the mixture. Copulate directly, topped with unscheduled garnishes if desired.
